We have an issue with the IT Self Service portal this morning - it is affecting Operator logins in as much as it will allow you in but when you try to raise a ticket it is only showing a very small selection of individuals.
It is also not allowing any logins at all if you select 'Use Self Service portal' and shows the attached error message "Invalid Login" - Major created: I-1810-2758
