We have implemented a fix in order to reduce the number of accounts being locked out. The number of locked out accounts has since decreased and we believe that this is resolved. If you or any of your colleagues are continuing to experience an issue with a locked account, please contact the IT Service Desk who will be able to unlock an account on your behalf.
