The CRM system has been taken offline following an unexpected upgrade by Microsoft over the weekend that has introduced a number of problems. The system is offline while we work through these and we aim to restore service by 12:00. Further updates will follow.

The CRM system is now available again after Microsoft rolled back the unexpected upgrade.
The restore of the previous version of the CRM has started. We do not have an estimated time to fix at this time, but will continue to monitor the situation overnight. We do expect the system to be restored by 09:00 tomorrow morning (Tuesday 4th December).
Microsoft have now started to restore the previous version of the CRM service. We expect the system to still be unavailable for a few more hours and will update when we are aware of a more precise time. We hope to provide an update before 17:30.
The CRM system is still unavailable. We have escalated this to Microsoft, and have been assigned a Critical Situation Manager to our case. We continue to work with engineers at Microsoft to restore access. An update is expected at 15:00.
